Phase One:  Two 30 minute Personal Training Sessions which includes:

  • Complimentary Movement Analysis- Functional Movement Screen

  • Develop SMART goals

  • Develop a base understanding of technique and movements used in class

  • Establish a base fitness capacity as well as familiarization of ESD and its benefits to the body

  • Create a personal training periodization plan based on goals and needs

  • Complimentary Body composition measurements and photos (optional)
